Clay Clark’s dedication to his practice can be summed up in one word: unrelenting. He is a senior partner who also believes that speed is a great asset and one which clients appreciate.
Since joining the firm in 1983, Clay has been creating value for long-lasting clients in the areas of employment law, workers’ compensation, industrial accident litigation, retaliatory discharge, sexual harassment, ADA litigation, discrimination, motor carrier litigation, premises liability and general liability litigation. Each case presents unique challenges, making it all the more important to prepare strategy accordingly.
In his free time, Clay enjoys traveling, photography, cooking and spending time with his wife, Marnie.
Clay earned his BS from The University of North Alabama and his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
