Details matter to Elizabeth Davis. In a family of medical practitioners, she learned at a young age that the seemingly inconsequential details can make or break a case. As an attorney, she is committed to offering her clients the best representation by utilizing this attention to detail along with her desire to read, interpret and apply the law.
Elizabeth began her career at Huie as a summer clerk and now concentrates her law practice in the areas of automotive liability and product liability. During her time as a clerk and while in law school, she was frequently recognized for her diligence and dedication. She was an Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review, the flagship legal journal in the state of Alabama aimed at exploring issues of national and local significance to scholars, legislators, jurists and practitioners. Elizabeth was also a member of the Campbell Moot Court Board and Jessup International Moot Court Team.
When she’s not working, Elizabeth enjoys travelling, waterskiing, following University of Alabama athletics and spending time friends and family.
Elizabeth earned her BA, summa cum laude, from The University of Alabama and her JD, cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law.
