Michelle Pieroni is a natural-born problem solver. She is inspired by a challenge and views her litigation practice as an opportunity to work on someone else’s behalf to create the best possible outcome. Whether Michelle is working with a small business or a national manufacturer, she approaches every case with equal amounts of enthusiasm, empathy and open communication. Her remarkable ability to adapt from client to client and from case to case has allowed her to successfully defend a wide range of clients including teachers, attorneys, realtors, doctors, insurers, construction companies and restaurants, to name a few.
Since joining the firm in 2002, her unique flexibility and breadth of experience has enabled her to serve clients in the areas of workers’ compensation, professional liability, premises liability and employment law. In addition to her active litigation practice, Michelle has established herself as a certified Medicare consultant and frequently counsels clients and other attorneys on the importance of protecting Medicare’s interests in workers’ compensation and liability settlements.
When she is not working, Michelle enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends and volunteering for community causes.
Michelle earned her BS (cum laude) from The University of Alabama and her JD from The University of Alabama School of Law. She also spent the summer of 1992 in Valencia, Spain at The American Institute of Spanish Studies.
