Defense Verdict: Southern District, Mississippi – A product liability case involving a rollover crash resulting in a quadriplegic injury.
Patrick Strubel was born with a persistent nature and a competitive spirit, but it wasn’t until he experienced a high school mock trial that he became fascinated with every aspect of the legal system. He knew then he wanted to become a great lawyer.
Since joining the firm in 2001, Patrick has built a reputation for winning in high-pressure circumstances and high-profile cases. His defense litigation practice focuses on product liability involving automobile manufacturers, recreational vehicle manufacturers, agricultural equipment manufacturers and medical malpractice claims involving physicians, nursing facilities, hospitals and pharmacies. He has tried numerous cases to jury verdict, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury cases and business warranty disputes in State and Federal courts in Alabama, Mississippi and throughout the Southeastern United States. Patrick also represents corporate clients in commercial litigation matters, premises liability and personal injury cases. He believes the best way to determine the desired goals for each case is to partner closely with his clients and believes experience, determination and teamwork is the best way to accomplish those goals in the most efficient and effective manner.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys playing golf and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Kathryn, and their two girls, Wynn and Adair.
Patrick earned his BS from Birmingham-Southern College and his JD from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University.
