Successfully obtained a dismissal with prejudice in the Circuit Court of Shelby County on May 15, 2018, on behalf of a home inspector.
As the son of small business owners, Woods Parker knew at an early age that his chosen career path would protect hard-working individuals and entities. Now, he works tirelessly defending his clients’ best interests and reputation. Woods’s attention to detail and commitment to service excellence offer a sense of relief to clients during challenging times.
Woods concentrates his practice in the areas of automotive liability and products liability. During his time in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Alabama Law Review, the flagship legal journal in the state of Alabama aimed at exploring issues of national and local significance to scholars, legislators, jurists and practitioners. He was also a member of the Bench & Bar Legal Honor Society and received Best Papers awards in the courses of Complex Litigation, Commercial Real Estate Development & Finance and International Trade & Investment Law.
When he isn’t working, Woods enjoys Alabama Crimson Tide and New Orleans Saints football, fishing, reading and visiting his family in rural southwest Alabama. Woods is also an active Junior Board member for the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Alabama.
Woods earned his B.A., magna cum laude, from The University of Alabama and his J.D., cum laude, from The University of Alabama School of Law.
