Morrison Secures Final Summary Judgment for Insurance Client

Huie attorney Madison Morrison recently received an Order granting final summary judgment for a national insurance company in the Northern District of Alabama. Plaintiff claimed breach of conduct and bad faith in failing to defend and indemnify the insured in a separate suit filed by the victim of a road-rage type incident. The court applied the intentional/criminal acts exclusion in the insured’s policy and granted our motion for summary judgment.

Before joining Huie in 2017, Madison worked as a Briefing Attorney for the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. She now concentrates her law practice on insurance coverage and defense, product liability, workers’ compensation and employment law.
