A State Court jury in Clarksdale, Mississippi returned a defense verdict in favor of Ford on March 30, 2012 following a 2 week trial. Huie, Fernambucq & Stewart, LLP lawyers Gordon Sproule and Patrick Strubel represented Ford for a second time in a case involving a single vehicle rollover accident of a 1995 Ford Explorer.

A state court jury in Napoleonville, Louisiana, returned a verdict for Ford Motor Company in a rollover/seat belt design case, finding no defects in a 2000 Ford Explorer and faulting instead the driver of the vehicle in which the decedent was a guest passenger.
