Summary Judgment Awarded in Medical Negligence Case

Huie partner Phil Collins recently obtained summary judgment for a hospital in a medical negligence case. The Court granted the hospital’s motion that proved that the hospital met and exceeded the standard of care, and the plaintiff’s injuries were deemed unrelated to the actions of medical providers.  Team members included Lillian Yeager and Jen Welch.
